July is celebrated nationwide on the barangay, municipal, city, provincial, and
local levels as Nutrition Month in the Philippines to encourage everyone to eat
healthy and nutritious foods.
Section 7 of PD 491 designates the month of July as "Nutrition Month"
to create awareness among the people on the importance of nutrition.
NDSCP celebrates their nutrition day on July 29 2009.

vegetables, fruit arrangement, and flower arrangement,
Good nutrition is important for everyone.
Healthful diets help children grow, develop, and do well in school. They enable people of all ages to work productively and feel their best. What people eat can also reduce the risk of diseases such as heart disease, certain cancers, diabetes, stroke, and osteoporosis.
To Promote healthy Lifestyle, there major and vital healthy practicesthat we are obliged to follow: No Smoking, No Drink Alcohol, No To illegal Drugs, Prevent Hypertension and etc.
